I truly believe that mothers work hard and deserve to take a break. Self-care makes moms (like myself) actually a better parent and mate. Stress is no good! I super enjoyed my quick interview with "MOM BOSS" Kimberley Garcia of All Around Glam. Kim shared her routine for relaxation.
